“Rock & Canvas – Solo Exhibition by Sangmyun Lee” presents the unique world of Sangmyun Lee, guitarist of Crying Nut and visual artist.

Since 1995, he has been a symbol of Korean punk rock, channeling the intense energy of the stage onto canvas, breaking down the boundaries between music and art.

This exhibition features recent works such as Internal Structure and the Jjukjjuk Series, where the free spirit of rock collides with painterly imagination. His paintings are not mere images, but performances in which sound transforms into vision.

Held at Eunha Gallery, Art in Dongsan Seoul Branch, from February 9–21, 2026, the exhibition offers audiences a chance to experience a pictorial stage where music and art intersect.

“이상면 초대개인전 – Rock & Canvas”는 크라잉넛의 기타리스트이자 아티스트인 이상면의 독창적인 세계를 선보입니다.

1995년부터 한국 펑크록의 상징으로 활동해온 그는 무대 위의 강렬한 에너지를 캔버스에 옮겨와, 음악과 미술의 경계를 허무는 작업을 이어가고 있습니다.

이번 전시에서는 〈Internal Structure〉, 〈쭉쭉 연작〉 등 최근작을 포함해 록의 자유분방함과 회화적 상상력이 교차하는 작품들을 만날 수 있습니다. 그의 그림은 단순한 이미지가 아니라, 사운드가 시각으로 변환된 또 하나의 공연입니다.

2026년 2월 9일부터 21일까지 아트인동산 서울점 은하갤러리에서 열리는 이번 전시는, 관람객에게 음악과 미술이 교차하는 회화적 무대를 경험할 기회를 제공합니다..
